Message	I can see how it could be a visibility issue (i.e. cop does not see the rear of your car to see the plate, but could have gotten a good look at the front) or a camera issue (those speed signs that have cameras in the base). I think the number one reason they like the law is that it gives them a reason to pull sports car owners over. Later, Matt
